This cucumber, melon and kiwi smoothie has just the right amount of sweetness and a soft, velvety texture. The kiwi seeds also add a nice little crunchy surprise at the end of every sip.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 peeled and seeded cucumber
- 1 kiwi
- 1 ½ cups cold cantaloupe
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 banana
- ½ an avocado
- ½ cup original unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
