Just in time for summer, this smoothie is light, refreshing and has just the right amount of sweetness. It's got a little bit of everything in it, basically like a blended up fruit salad. It makes for a great afternoon snack on a hot summer day.
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 1 peeled granny smith apple
- 1 ripe pear
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries
- 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 mango
Directions: Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
