peanut butter protein shake
Back to back peanut butter recipes because peanut butter is pretty much the solution to all of my problems... I recently started hitting the gym and have been following up my workouts with protein shakes. And I've finally found one that I absolutely love!
I'm definitely not a huge fan of most protein powders that I've tried in the past. I've seen people mix protein powder and water and guzzle the drink down, but that's not even tolerable for me. But mixing protein powder with allllllll the peanut butter makes everything better!
This deliciously creamy, peanut buttery smoothie is packed with 33 grams of plant-based protein. And it's by far the best post-workout treat I've ever enjoyed!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup almond milk (I use plain, unsweetened)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop Vega Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 scoop PB Fit powder
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
